Problems with Logging in? We're here to help.....What are the required criteria, and what happens if I don't provide them? I've logged in before, but I can't seem to do so now. Why? What are the required criteria, and what happens if I don't provide them? The only criteria you must fill in are those specifically marked with an asterisk. The more criteria you give us, however, the better we can serve you. If you do not provide any of the required criteria when signing up, you will be looped back to the registration page and those you have not filled in will be highlighted in pink. Please do not provide false information, as we will not be able to serve you. (Back to Top) I've logged in before, but I can't seem to do so now. Why? There are a number of reasons for not being
able to log in. Most obviously, you may be spelling your
username or password wrong. You can type your email into the
login box and check the box next to "Send my
Password," then press the Login button. User Name: Your user name must
consist of only "legal characters," which are a
through z and 0 through 9. You may not use spaces or dashes in
your user name, as that will return an error. My account has been cut off. What happened? If your account has been cut off, then it is most likely because the email you provided is no longer valid. On the other hand, it’s possible that you already have a real estate agent. In such a case, we will not be able to work with you at this time. We have staff that regulates all the users on our site. We can tell who you are, so please don’t try to trick us into thinking you’re someone else. It would just be a waste of everyone’s time.
